Orzo 500g

This versatile rice shaped pastina, is used all over the Mediterranean. Widely used in Turkey and Greece as well as Italy. This pasta can be used as a side dish like rice, also great in salads. Widely used in soups and broths to give some body and substance.

Its always better to get the best quality durum wheat pasta for all of the pastina (small) pastas as poor quality pastina will go mushy and loose its shape.
