Mezze Penne Rigate, is a smaller version of the much loved penne. Half the size of a standard penne these are rigate (furrowed) leaving ridges along the length of the pasta ensuring the best hold for your pasta sauce

Usually served with a marinara or tomato sauce, this is a nice alternative to your usual length penne.
