Farfalle 500g

A popular shape for pasta in restaurants, farfalle (butterfly) or bowtie pasta is made from a square of flat past pinched in the middle. Usually found in restaurants served with a creamy sauce and salmon, but is used in Italy with light dressings and vegetables.

The pasta holds the sauce very well so most sauces can be used.
