The sausage are certainly the most famous product of our range.  Among the types of sausages the Calabrian 'sazizza' is indeed the most renowned in all the peninsula.  Having the classical form of a chain, fresh sausage is preparad with lean pork and flavoured with hot red chili pepper, sweet pepper or 'Bianco' plain, depending on the tastes.  

All Charcuterie is sold as one peice by the killo. We will weigh your request and amend the price accordingly. All peices are shrink wrapped.
