Antica Pasta is traditionally hand made in Campofilone in the Italian hills. Made with Quality ingredients to ensure a top quality product. This fettuccine is delicious, with just 4-5 minutes cooking time, it produces a light tasty pasta.

With the addition of black truffle shavings to the dough, the pasta has a very distinct flavour and aroma. Although a bit indulgent, this pasta is something else, serve with pork or chicken in a simple split sauce with some fresh wild mushroom and a drizzle of good truffle oil just to enhance the dish to the ultimate taste experience.
