Antica Pasta is traditionally hand made in Campofilone in the Italian hills. Made with Quality ingredients to ensure a top quality product. This fettuccine is delicious, with just 4-5 minutes cooking time, it produces a light tasty pasta.

The addition of dried chilli flakes to the dough in production gives this pasta a distinctive bite and flavour. Unlike a lot of other so-called chilli past this gives a nice tingle when eating. Serve with any type of sauce, but a nice light oil based sauce with seafood or poultry is a favourite here at melodia foods.
