All products / Charcuterie/Salami's / Calabrian Salamis from La Sila MountainsA few Kilometers from the Sila Mountains, a lush green tableland in central Calabria, in a typical mountain landscape, the hams and salami are air dried in a traditional way. From here the secret recipes and the traditional techniques of local cooking have been handed down from father to son for centuries. The use of old recipies followed by traditional artisonal methods which have been handed down from generation to generation, to make the typical hams of Calabria. Continuity in preserving tradition, quality and natural preserving tecniques are still the keywords. For our products we employ selected meat coming from the best national porks, which is eventually processed according to artisan methods. with each production step strictly controlled, given D.O.P status. Seasoning is absolutely natural and takes place at over 1000 meters, in the pure Mountain air of the Sila.
