Melodia Food Company has teamed up with Interbrau. A new and inovative Company with a mission to promote speciality breweries from Italy. Bringing to you top quality Italian beers that are made with passion by the people who put their brewing expertise into every bottle.

From a small brewery in Rimmini comes Amarcord, bright and light with a full and rounded flavour. The name of this beer is taken from the film by Frederico Fellini "Amarcord", which in Rimini's dialect means "I remember", and Amarcord beers offer a splendid memory of the wholesome and authentic flavours of how a beer should taste.

In central Italy we find Birra del Borgo, using spices and unusual ingredients, the aim with every beer produced here is to find harmony between various ingredients obtaining a unique character, elegance and refinement.

Piemonte is famous for it's wines, but here in Cuneo, Birra Baladin is brewed for it's unique TASTE! This artisan beer maker wants to present the drinker with an expresion of what his idea of taste is. His slogan is " GUSTO IN EVOLUZIONE". This is the synthesis of an evolving process for those who apreciate the Baladin style.
