Grilled Artichoke Hearts 2kg

Members of the thistle family, these delicious vegetables are used all over the world in cooking. These preserved artichokes take away all the preparation that is required when using fresh ones. As they are charcoal grilled they give a nice smoky flavour. Trimmed, and preserved in olive oil, with a little seasoning and oregano.
